Paying Your Bill
American Physicians Laboratory will provide you with a bill, and you will be expected to pay the bill in full. In turn, we will provide a claim form for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Payment for laboratory services can be made using the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal check, or money order.
- Florida Patient make checks payable to “AP Laboratory’s of Florida.”
- All other Patients make checks payable to “American Physicians Laboratory, Inc.”
